A. Cancellation Policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and they are delivered together;
on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the final item, provided that you ordered several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately;
on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the final partial shipment or the final item, provided that you ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or items; or
on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the first item, provided that you entered into a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a specified period.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online using our Withdraw from the contract function. If you use this online function, we will promptly send you confirmation of receipt on a durable medium, for example by email. This confirmation will include information about the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time on which it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to submit your withdrawal declaration using the right-of-withdrawal function (the “withdrawal button”) before the withdrawal period expires.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal by informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by sending a letter by post or an email, to:

You may use the model withdrawal form provided below, but you are not required to do so.

In this case, to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification that you are exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. This does not include any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us.

We will make the reimbursement using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The goods must be returned or handed over to:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are liable for any reduction in the value of the goods only if it results from handling the goods in a manner beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

Under section 312g(2) of the German Civil Code (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch – BGB), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

contracts for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons relating to health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed after delivery.
