Return and refund policy

Consumers have the right of withdrawal under the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity.

A. Right of Withdrawal Information

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Babylon Berlin Spirits UG, Eisenhartstraße 1, 14469 Potsdam, Germany, Email: kundenservice@babylon-berlin-spirits.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you (excluding delivery costs and any additional costs incurred) without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way that was not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

General Notes

Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Send the goods back to us in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging materials. Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
Please do not send the goods back to us postage due.
Please note that the above points 1–2 are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
